This is SABRE's law enforcement unit in the MK-3 canister size, loaded with 1.8 oz of pepper foam. The label lists 1.33% major capsaicinoids (MC), the heat-producing compounds that actually cause the burn and the figure professionals use to compare sprays. A foam sticks to the subject as a wet layer and does not hang in the air as a mist, which matters in vehicles, hallways and other close quarters. Use, Training And Origin

Per the label directions, apply half-second to one-second bursts from ear to ear across the eyes, up to three bursts, and do not spray from closer than 3 feet (1 meter) or into the wind. SABRE requires training before use and directs users to review its subject care and decontamination guidance, which can be accessed through the QR code on the back label. Check spray performance periodically and replace the canister after the printed expiration date. The contents are a severe eye, skin and respiratory irritant under pressure, so store it away from heat above 120°F (50°C).
