SGM Tactical Vepr 7.62x39 Magazine - 30 Round

Vepr 7.62x39 Magazine

This is a 30-round 7.62x39mm magazine built specifically for the Vepr rifle in its unconverted form, meaning a Vepr that has not been rebuilt with a bullet guide in the receiver. Standard AK magazines are made for converted rifles, so Vepr owners who kept their rifle as it left the factory need a magazine cut for that setup. SGM Tactical makes this one in the USA from glass-filled composite polymer, and it fits unconverted Vepr rifles in every barrel length.

Features

• 30-Round Capacity — Holds thirty rounds of 7.62x39mm, the standard full-size load for an AK-pattern rifle.
• Last-Round Bolt Hold-Open — The follower catches the bolt and holds it open after the final shot, so you know the magazine is empty and can reload faster.
• Made For Unconverted Vepr Rifles — Designed for Vepr rifles without a bullet guide, the small feed part added when a Vepr is converted to accept standard AK magazines.
• Fits All Barrel Lengths — Works with unconverted Vepr 7.62x39 rifles regardless of barrel length.
• DuPont Glass-Filled Polymer — The body is molded from a composite with glass fibers mixed into the polymer for added stiffness and strength.
• Hardened Steel Tooling — Injection-molded in P20 pre-hardened steel molds with S-7 heat-treated retractable cores, which helps keep each magazine consistent with the last.
• CAD-Engineered Tolerances — Designed in CAD to tight SAE tolerances, so the locking lugs and feed lips sit where the rifle expects them.
• Ribbed Body — Raised ribs across the curved body give your hand something to grip during loading and magazine changes.
• Made In The USA — Manufactured in the United States under ISO 9001:2000-certified quality standards, and marked with a US flag on the body.

Build And Compliance

The magazine is solid black, with VEPR 7.62X39 and Made In The USA molded into one side and the SGM Tactical LLC logo on the other. SGM Tactical backs it with a five-year free replacement policy. It must be used in a 922(r)-compliant firearm, the federal rule that limits how many imported parts certain rifles can carry.
