The only reason this is getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the color scheme looks like Army camo, which I didn't want. I wanted something a little less obvious. But it works for it's purpose. This item arrived in 2 days which is really great considering what is going on in the world. This company does stand behind it's products.

Color as pictured Comes wrapped in plastic , but edges have been folded under several times making a mess of edges . Can not expect a new piece of clothing , no longer than 50$ ! Worth it. Thanks Amazon You all rock . ( Keep doing what your doing .

This shemagh came as advertised. It was made in India. I bought this shemagh for my emergency go bag and intend to use it when I hunt deer.

The quality seems fine, for the amount of money paid. As far as how well it keeps you warm, well, I'm still in Arizona. But when I'm up in Colorado next month I'll find out. I have another shemagh that's 100% cotton, made in India, I believe. I've used that one on numerous camping and backpacking trips, from Utah to Mexico and back, and the trip to Denali National Park. It's a decent scarf, for the price, but that 100% cotton one, just seems better. For starters, it doesn't shrink when washed. I can't speak to how well it will hold up in winter though, since I've only used it in summer, spring and fall so far. It is also not nearly as stiff as this one, from rothco. If the rothco is 100% cotton as well, it's a very stiff cloth, not to the point of ridiculous, like some keem dollor yack or what have you, which is stiff beyond reason. You can roll it up and put it in a bag without worrying about getting it all scrunched up, it doesn't stay permanently folded. It also keeps you warm when cold, and doesn't make you too hot when hot. So, all in all, it's pretty good, but I'm still curious as to what this other one is. Cotton is good, for keeping warm, as it is an absorber of heat, and keeps your body temperature close to ambient. This one doesn't seem to have the breathable qualities of the 100% cotton one, as far as air goes. I'll see if this stands up to the test in winter. And, hopefully update this review at that time.

Warm, keeps me protected from winter dust and wind. I am a U.S Navy Petty Officer, and wear this everyday on base. The "girls" love it too. (women, women!) I get comments on it all the time, in the Navy. Love it!

Just as advertised. The colors look pretty good in the pics, and the product does as well. I have not washed it yet, but expect it to hold up just fine. I ordered another one just because I like them. I'm actually surprised at the high ratings of this, given how basic the product is. You're either in or out on this one, as there's not a lot of room for the middle ground of liking/disliking it. If your expectations are reasonable, then I think this product will serve you well.

I've bought many of these over the years and this one is the best quality by far. It's thick enough to keep you warm in cold weather but not so heavy as to be uncomfortable on hot days. The pattern is also much more intricate than other brands which makes it look better.
