Features
- 1.9" AUS-8 Spear Point Blade — California-compliant blade length with a symmetrical spear point geometry for clean piercing and balanced cutting performance.
- AUS-8 Stainless Steel — Japanese stainless offers a solid balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance for daily carry use.
- Assisted-Opening OTF Action — Push the thumb slide forward and the blade deploys out the front with authority, then retracts with the same slide for true one-handed operation.
- Aluminum Handle Construction — Lightweight anodized aluminum chassis keeps the knife slim in the pocket while standing up to hard use.
- Integrated Safety Switch — Top-mounted safety locks the slider to prevent accidental deployment when the knife is stowed.
- Hardened Glass Breaker — Pointed steel tip on the pommel doubles as an emergency egress tool for breaking auto glass.
- Deep-Carry Pocket Clip — Reversible clip rides the knife low in the pocket for discreet carry and a faster draw.
- 5.6" Overall Length — Compact 3.5" closed footprint makes it easy to pocket as an EDC blade without printing.
- California-Compliant Profile — Sub-2" blade brings true OTF technology to jurisdictions with restrictive blade-length laws.

Snappy, solid, hard to beat at this priceBeen carrying OTF knives for about 8 years and Ive spent anywhere from $40 to $400 on them. This S&W compact sits right in the sweet spot for a budget daily carry. Came in a simple clamshell pack, blade was centered and sharp right out of the box, deployment action was snappy and positive with no wobble or side play. The aluminum handle feels solid in the hand, not that hollow cheap feeling you get from some of the no-name import OTFs on Amazon. Im not going to pretend its a Microtech but for $35-40 it does everything a carry OTF should do. Already grabbed a second one to keep in the truck.
Clean tanto grind, blade geometry looks good out of the box
Solid carry option at a price you wont stress about
Deployment action is fast and positiveClip is a little stiff right out of the box, loosens up with use
