The SPEC-OPS IBA Battle Belt is a US Army issue load-carrying belt designed around IBA, short for Interceptor Body Armor, the Army's armor vest system. It puts weight on your hips instead of your shoulders, and a row of snap tabs ties it into the vest so the belt and armor work as one rig.
