Suck It Up Buttercup Morale Patch

PVC Morale Patch

The Suck It Up Buttercup patch from 5ive Star Gear puts an old barracks phrase on your kit in tan lettering over an OD green field, with a black border around the edge. It is a morale patch, a non-regulation patch worn for personality rather than rank or unit. The hook backing goes onto any loop panel on a cap, jacket sleeve, plate carrier or pack. Made from PVC, it holds up better to rain, sweat and rough handling than an embroidered patch.

Features

• PVC Construction — The patch is made from flexible PVC plastic, which does not fray at the edges the way thread embroidery can.
• Compact 3 x 1 Inch Size — At roughly 3 inches wide by 1 inch tall (about 7.6 x 2.5 cm), it fits small loop panels on caps, sleeves and pouch flaps.
• Sewn Hook Backing — The back carries hook material, the stiff half of a hook-and-loop fastener, sewn directly to the patch so it does not peel away over time.
• Peel-And-Stick Loop Piece — A matching loop panel with adhesive backing is included, so you can mount the patch on a surface that has no loop field of its own.
• Removable And Repositionable — The patch pulls off and goes back on as often as you like, so you can move it between a jacket, hat and bag.
• OD Green And Tan Colorway — Tan text with black outlining sits on an olive drab (OD) green background, the standard US military field color, so it blends with most surplus and tactical gear.
• Stitched Border — A line of stitching runs around the perimeter, inside a black edge that frames the design.
• Weather Resistant — The PVC handles rain, heat and cold without softening or losing its color.
• Easy To Clean — The surface resists stains and wipes clean with soap and water.

Fitting And Care

The patch is sized for shirts, pants and jackets, and it suits any garment or bag with a loop panel. If your gear has no loop field, apply the included peel-and-stick loop piece to a clean, dry surface first, then press the patch onto it. Wash the patch with soap and water when it gets dirty. It is an imported product.
