The Rothco Tactical Operator Cap is a twill ball cap built for patches. A tonal US flag is embroidered on the front, and loop panels on the back take morale, unit or blood-type patches. The whole cap is coyote brown, a muted tan-brown common on modern tactical gear, so it pairs with field kit, range clothes or everyday wear without standing out.

Build And Fit

Rothco builds this cap from a cotton and polyester twill with reinforced seams running front to back over the crown. The rear strap adjusts the fit, and the open back leaves the lower loop panel clear for a name tape or patch. The flag embroidery is permanent, while the hook-and-loop panels let you swap patches as often as you like.
