Tru-Spec Gen-2 Adjustable Boonie - Khaki

Truespec brand is excellent. I've bought 3 in this last order and several more in the past. All well made and comfortable. I also got the OCP Tiger Stripe. It fits a lot better than other OCP styles that seem like cheap knock offs. Recommend.

It’s not 100% cotton but that’s fine. Great hat and really protects my face and ears. I have a pretty big head and it fits great. If you are looking for 100% cotton, try Tru Brand.

I love the boonie. It's very comfortable. It was a true to fit. You can roll it up and put it in your back pocket or in the crown. If I have to complain about anything it's not my hat it's my forehead! Lol... But I will be ordering a lot more of these boonies. Thank you, KeepShooting.

Good, but a little tight around my skull, but this would easily remedied with washing. If it shrinks, will likely be fine. Wish the cord lock (or whatever) was closer to my head for better security. If I were doing it again, would opt for a 7.25 size instead of 7. Need that little bit of extra space in the hat head, so that hat won't feel like it's smashing my skull. (There's already a decent amount of elasticity, so wouldn't want to shrink any further. Just to have that 0.25 extra inch or so for a better head fit, for lack of a better word.) My brother loves his truspec gear. But after a couple times of his asking for another Tru-Spec item, my take is that they can still get better. Not that it's a bad brand, but a couple improvements would make them perfect, in my opinion. The brim is great. Just wish they would give us the freedom to pick what length we want. Or just one other choice. Would love to choose our hem depth too.

The hat is of excellent construction, very light in weight and provides great protection against both the sun and biting 2 inchers.

Looks good and fit's well, just as pictured. Very light and breathable, not at all hot or hot at all depending on the weather. Definitely would buy again if I lost this one.
