US Air Force ABU Tiger Stripe Flashlight Pouch

ABU Flashlight Pouch

This is a single flashlight pouch in the US Air Force ABU tiger stripe pattern, made to keep a handheld light secure on your kit and easy to reach. The tall, narrow body suits a slim tactical flashlight, and a snap-down flap keeps the light from working loose. It mounts to MOLLE gear, which makes it a practical add-on for a plate carrier, chest rig, pack or duty belt, and a correct piece for anyone building out an ABU-era Air Force loadout.

Features

• ABU Tiger Stripe Pattern — The pouch is printed in the Airman Battle Uniform pattern, the Air Force's pixelated tiger stripe in slate blue, gray and tan.
• Cordura Nylon Construction — Cordura is a heavy, tightly woven nylon known for resisting abrasion and scuffing in field use.
• Snap-Closure Top Flap — A flap folds over the opening and fastens with a metal snap so the light stays seated when you move.
• Tall, Slim Profile — The narrow, elongated body holds a long handheld flashlight upright without adding bulk to your gear.
• MOLLE Attachment Strap — A webbing strap on the back weaves through MOLLE, the rows of nylon loops on military vests and packs, and snaps closed at the bottom.
• Webbing Channels On Back — Stitched webbing rows across the rear take the mounting strap and hold the pouch flat against the surface it is attached to.
• Bound Edges — Fabric binding runs along the seams and the flap edge to protect the cut edges of the Cordura.
• Genuine Military Issue — This is original government-issue gear from the ABU period, not a commercial copy.

Air Force ABU Gear

The ABU pattern was the US Air Force's standard camouflage for its Airman Battle Uniform, and load-bearing gear like this pouch was produced to match it. The pouch has Cordura shell fabric, a metal snap on the flap and a snap-fastened MOLLE strap on the back, and it fits any PALS-gridded vest, pack or belt. Collectors and reenactors putting together a period-correct Air Force kit will find it a good fit, and it is also a solid working pouch for carrying a light in the field.
