This is a general-purpose utility pouch in the US Air Force ABU tiger stripe pattern, made to keep small kit closed up and within reach. It is upright, flap-covered and cut from Cordura. Airmen used it for the odds and ends that do not fit a dedicated magazine or medical pouch.
