Fits perfectlyThreaded right onto my barrel with no drama and the flats let me snug it down with a small wrench. Ran about 200 rounds of bulk Federal through it with my suppressor and it stayed put the whole time. Thread protector is a nice touch for when I'm just plinking without the can. Concentric to the bore as far as I can tell, groups didn't open up at all.

Easy to order from website, reasonable price, well made, perfect fit, prompt deliveryI wanted to run a silencer for my Walther P22 and so ordered the threaded adapter. Finally got my P22 ready for cansThis is exactly what you need if you want to run a 1/2x28 suppressor on the P22. Took me like 30 seconds to install, screwed my Dead Air Mask on and went to the range. Three mags of CCI Quiets and I was grinning ear to ear. Customer service at Keep Shooting was also really helpful when I had a question about compatibility before ordering.
