This is Walther's own 6-round magazine for the PPK in .380 ACP, fitted with an extended finger rest base. The PPK grip is short, and on many hands the little finger has nowhere to go. The finger rest gives that finger a ledge to sit on, so the pistol rides deeper in the hand. It suits PPK owners who want a spare for the range, a backup to carry, or a replacement for a worn original.
