Woodland Camo Vintage Vietnam RipStop Fatigue Pants

These run a bit small. I'm 5'11" and 180lbs. Ordered large and couldn't zip them. Returned for XL and can zip but tight. Will keep them.

just what I expected....not a large like some pants are but the right fit....

The fabric quality was pretty decent for $15 pants. The cargo pockets are pretty deep but that’s about it. These run big and I’m usually in a medium to a large. It fits like a larg because of the size. For 25 bucks you can’t go wrong. I’m not an elite operator but they work just fine. Just throw them in the wash and air dry. The pants are awesome and the shipping is super fast. Thanks KeepShooting for hooking it up. No, the pants are not 30” inseam. They are at least 34”. I’m 5’10 170 pounds. They’re pretty roomy.

This is the second pair I've bought. I love them and they're durable, especially the fabric and stitching. I like the adjustable draw strings at the ankles. I wish they had them at the waist as well.

I'm happy with these. My old BDUs had faded, wore out, and the buttons were long gone. These appear durable, with no manufacturing defects. My XL fits just right. There's a cinching line in the side-seam which makes it even more comfortable. These are definitely BDU-style but have modern durability, material, etc. Not crazy-thick, as advertised. They should be comfortable on warm days and not, if that's what you're looking for. The button-fly has become more functional than modern zippers, in my opinion. Great purchase, very satisfied. I have the khaki as well.

Perfect except too long for average build and too short if you got really short legs

There are very good looking pants, but the fabric is very thin and there is almost no seat and very little cargo pockets (for what they cost).

5 STARS: These were as good as the pictures showed. The overall appearance is authentic in all the good ways. The material seems of high quality as do the seemstry and the care taken to re-create the original style and color. They fit perfectly - exactly as I'd hoped. If I ever get the time to hike in the Vietnam bush, I'll report back. Thanks Rothco! My Father would be happy.

Purchased as a B-Day gift for my grandson who just graduated high school and plans to join the Marines.

haven't tried them on yet but if they are true to fit then I will be very happy. I'm a bit leary to even wash them but once I'm satisfied that they don't fade or shrink they will get a lot of use in the shop and at hunting.

I've been searching for these and finding only large size and to small medium. So very happy to have these in a medium size, the material is thin,but they're just the way they are. Love the fact that there's pockets and that these pants have been sitting in storage untouched for 40+years

These are a little baggy, especially around the legs. The ties are loose and I'm not going to go into how much I dislike button fly pants (which is why I'm rating it as five stars).

Perfect for casual wear or paintballing

Bottom line: I love these pants. Period. I don't know what else to say. When it comes to tactical clothing, you pay your money and you take your chances. Some brands are cheaper for good reason, and I usually look to my colleagues on the military for intel on which brands are the real deal. These are the "do" the things that I need them to do. In the 3 years I've owned these pants, they have yet to fail in every imaginable capacity I put them through. When it comes to the Rothco Vietnam Fatigue pants (not ripstop) they offer the comfort and features of the civilian brand name tactical brands with a very heavy dose of camo. So far, they've held up to more stuff than most other brands, which makes me feel comfortable that these are the only "ultimate pre-prepared tactical" pants I will need to buy for a very long time. All Rothco brand tactical gear is usually over-priced, especially the heavy stuff. For example, the Ultra Force long-sleeve tactical shirt is way overpriced, however the Vietnam Tactical Fatigues I am wearing are reasonably priced. That's the beauty of military surplus: overpaying on the gear you really need, while snagging great deals on the gear you really don't. Rothco is not a household name in most of the US, which means they will never be "discovered" and grossly overpriced by these big stores that only care about your bottom line. If you want an affordable, reliable tactical outfit that is 100% cool for those crazy days in life when your clothes need a bit of wear and abuse, I recommend the Vietcong Fatigues with knee pockets and drawstring hems. They are true military surplus and may show some age. This was intentional when manufactured and adds to their classic, old school, old school coolness factor.
