Built like the real dealWhen I saw this was a reproduction of the Model 1917 Bolo Knife I figured it would be some flimsy display piece. I was dead wrong. The high carbon steel blade is sharpened and has real weight to it — the balance is spot on and the full tang construction means this thing is solid from tip to pommel. The dark wood grips are fitted tight with no wobble and the reproduced manufacturers markings look authentic. My grandpa brought an original 1917 Bolo back from France and ive held it many times this repo is damn close. The included No 1 style scabbard completes the package and looks great on display next to my M1 Garand and doughboy helmet. For the price this is one of the best WWI reproductions ive seen

Solid repro, heavy but well-made.This ain’t no wall hanger! Its built like the real deal. Weight feels right in the hand, and the balance is spot on.
For a repro its damn close to my grandpa’s original.

Very nice replicaVery nice replica (and as pictured)! Was somewhat apprehensive it being made in India, but both knife and sheath seem quite well made.
