American Eagle Morale Patch

American Eagle Patch

This Maxpedition morale patch puts a full-color bald eagle on your pack, plate carrier, cap or jacket. The eagle swoops in with wings spread, gripping arrows in its talons, over a field of red and white stripes ringed by white stars on blue. It was designed for personalizing Maxpedition packs and other tactical gear, and the hook back lets you move it between any items that carry a loop panel.

Features

• Molded PVC Rubber — The patch is cast in flexible PVC rubber rather than embroidered thread, so it does not fray at the edges.
• 3D Raised Detail — The feathers, head and talons sit at different heights, giving the design visible depth and texture.
• Full-Color Design — A brown and white bald eagle stands out against red and white stripes, a blue star ring and a red outer border.
• 3.05-Inch Round — At about 3.05 inches (7.7 cm) across, it fits most loop panels on packs, pouches and caps.
• Hook Backing — The back carries the hook side of a hook-and-loop fastener (the stiff, grippy half), which presses onto any soft loop panel.
• Loop Sheet Included — An extra loop-lined sheet covers the hook back when the patch is off your gear, or you can stitch it to an item that has no loop panel.
• Sew-On Option — The patch can be stitched directly onto clothing or gear without damaging the backing.
• Maxpedition Logo — A small molded "M" on the right side of the design marks it as a Maxpedition original.

Fit And Attachment

The hook back attaches to the loop fields found on most tactical packs, plate carriers, caps and jacket sleeves, and peels off cleanly when you want to swap patches. If your gear has no loop panel, sew the included loop sheet in place and the patch will mount on it. PVC rubber shrugs off rain and mud and wipes clean, which suits gear that lives outdoors.
