A2 Carry Handle Sight

The UTG AR-15 Detachable Carry Handle puts the classic A2 handle and rear sight back on a flat-top rifle. It clamps to the Picatinny rail on top of the upper receiver and gives you a fully adjustable iron sight plus a solid handle for carrying the rifle. It suits retro and A2-style builds, and shooters who want dependable irons on a flat-top. Two thumb nuts let you fit it or remove it by hand when you want the rail clear for an optic.

Build And Fit

The handle follows mil-spec dimensions for a detachable carry handle, so it fits flat-top AR-15 upper receivers with a standard Picatinny rail. The rear sight is the familiar A2 arrangement, with an elevation drum underneath the aperture housing and a windage knob on the side. Pair it with an F-marked or mil-spec height front sight for correct alignment. When you want to run a scope or red dot directly on the receiver, loosen the two thumb nuts and lift the handle off.
