The ASEK strap cutter multi-tool from Ontario Knife Company was developed as part of the Aircrew Survival Egress Knife system. The ASEK tool includes a honing rod, lanyard, replaceable blade and screwdriver.
The ASEK strap cutter multi-tool is from the USGI ASEK Survival Knife System. Ontatio Knife Company has listened to customers who did not need the full ASEK system and just wanted the cutting tool. Now you can have the same tool in your vehicle for safety that the US Air Force issues in every aircraft. You will be prepared for cutting seat belts for quick escape or fashioning quick repairs while on the side of the road.
