Aztec Warrior Head Morale Patch

Aztec Jaguar Warrior

This Mil-Spec Monkey morale patch shows the face of an Aztec warrior looking out from the open jaws of a jaguar headdress, framed by a crown of teal and red feathers. A morale patch is a non-regulation emblem worn on packs, caps and plate carriers to add personality to kit, and this one is built to be read from across a room. It suits anyone who wants a bold, colorful design on their gear rather than another subdued flag.

Features

• Molded PVC Construction — The patch is molded from PVC, a flexible rubber-like plastic that holds raised detail and shrugs off rain and mud better than embroidered thread.
• Jaguar Headdress Design — A yellow jaguar head with red eyes and bared fangs sits over the warrior's face, its lower jaw framing his snarling mouth.
• Feathered Crown — Layered teal and red feathers fan out around the headdress and give the patch its rounded outline.
• Ear Spools And Collar — Round ear ornaments, beaded tassels and a collar of square plaques add period detail along the lower half of the design.
• Raised Multi-Color Detail — Each color sits in its own molded section separated by dark outlines, so the image stays crisp and legible.
• Gray Contour Border — A gray border follows the shape of the artwork instead of a plain circle or rectangle, which keeps the silhouette clean on a busy loop panel.
• Mil-Spec Monkey Design — Mil-Spec Monkey is a commercial maker known for its range of PVC and embroidered morale patches.

Build And Placement

PVC patches keep their color and shape through wet weather and repeated handling, and they wipe clean with a damp cloth. The compact, shaped outline sits well on the loop panels found on caps, backpacks, plate carriers and range bags. It also works as a display piece on a patch board alongside the rest of a collection.
