- Full-Tang Construction — Tang runs the entire length of the handle for maximum strength under chopping and prying loads.
- Black Phosphate Finish — Anti-reflective phosphate coating cuts glare in the field and helps resist corrosion.
- Triple-Riveted Hardwood Grip — Contoured wood scales locked down with three heavy rivets for a secure, weather-tough hold.

Robust and like no other.I am a military knife collector and have never seen a knife like this. When the world ends, this knife will still be working. Seems like an aftermarket sheath, but the knife if about as robust as could be Compare to any commercial butcher knife. MFG and date info on bloade. Very cool to collect.
