This is the factory magazine for the Browning 1911-380, Browning's .380 ACP pistol built on the classic 1911 layout. It holds 8 rounds and drops straight into the grip the way the original was designed to. Owners usually buy it as a spare for carry, for range days where reloading one magazine slows things down, or to replace a worn or lost original.

Fit and Construction

This magazine is made for the Browning 1911-380 only. It is not interchangeable with full-size 1911 magazines in .45 ACP or 9mm, because the 1911-380 is a scaled-down pistol with a smaller grip. The steel body and steel spring are paired with a polymer floor plate, which is the same arrangement Browning uses on the magazine supplied with the gun.
