Real CamelBak kit at a steal priceThis is the exact same hydration adapter set we used for CBRN drills back in my Army days honestly its the real deal not some cheap repro. Mine arrived still sealed in the original plastic with the instruction sheet everything looked brand new no scratches or anything just like it came straight from the factory. Threw it in my old ruck for some field training exercises and it hooked up perfect to my M50 mask no leaks or issues staying hydrated during long sessions. For under 2 bucks its crazy compared to paying full price at CamelBak or REI I already grabbed a couple extras to stash in my vehicle kit. Only thing is theres no pouch to keep all the pieces together so I used a ziplock for now.

Forty Six Dollars of CamelBak for Two BucksLet me break down what you're actually getting here because I don't think people fully appreciate this deal. CamelBak sells each of these four components separately on their website . The HydroLink HydroLock bite valve runs $10.50, the quick release is another $10.50, the Type A gas mask adapter is $15, and the Type M adapter is $10. That's $46 in parts at retail. You're getting the complete set, unissued in original packaging, for $1.99. I've been buying military surplus for over 20 years and this might honestly be the single best dollar-for-dollar value I've ever come across. For context on what this kit actually is the US Army uses CamelBak hydration systems extensively and when soldiers need to hydrate in a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) environment they can't just pull off their gas mask and take a sip from a tube. These adapters allow the CamelBak drinking tube to interface directly with the hydration port on military gas masks like the M40, M50, and JSGPM series. The Type A and Type M designations refer to different mask compatibility Type M fits the older M40/M42 series masks and Type A fits the newer M50 and JSGPM. Having both adapters in one kit means you're covered regardless of which mask you're running. I ordered three kits. All arrived still sealed in the original plastic wrap with the CamelBak instruction sheet tucked inside. Every component is genuine CamelBak, made in the USA, with the part numbers matching exactly what's listed. The medical grade silicone on the bite valve is pristine and the quick release mechanism clicks positively and holds firm. I tested one set on my M50 mask with a 3L CamelBak reservoir and it sealed perfectly no leaks, good flow rate through the mask port. Even if you don't own a gas mask, the HydroLock bite valve and quick release alone are worth way more than $1.99 and can be used on any CamelBak system as a general upgrade. The gas mask adapters are just a bonus at that point. Buy multiples while you can, this is surplus being cleared out and it won't last.
