Esbit Solid Fuel Cubes - 20pc x 4g

4g Solid Fuel Tablets

This box holds 20 small Esbit solid fuel tablets, 4 grams each, for heating a mug of water, warming a meal or getting a campfire going when there is no gas canister or dry kindling to hand. Solid fuel is a compressed tablet that burns on its own without liquid, pressure or a valve, so nothing can leak or need priming. Backpackers, hunters and anyone building a bug-out or vehicle kit carry it as a main or backup heat source. The box is about the size of a deck of cards.

Features

• 20 x 4g Tablets — Each box contains 20 tablets of 4 g (0.14 oz), 80 g in total, so you can burn one at a time instead of committing a large block.
• Approx. 5-Minute Burn — A single 4 g tablet burns for roughly five minutes, enough to warm a drink or bring a small amount of water up to heat.
• Up To 1400°F Flame — The tablets reach temperatures of up to 1400°F (760°C) for cooking and boiling.
• Lights With A Match — Any open flame, whether a match, lighter or ferro rod spark on tinder, will start the tablet, and no pump or priming is needed.
• Cold And Altitude Capable — The fuel works at high altitude and in sub-zero temperatures, conditions where pressurized gas canisters can lose performance.
• Virtually Smokeless — The tablets burn with almost no smoke or odor and are nonexplosive, which makes them easy to store and carry.
• Esbit Stove Compatible — The tablets work with all Esbit folding pocket stoves, the flat steel stoves that hold a tablet under a pot or cup.
• Made In Germany — Esbit, in business since 1936, produces this fuel in Germany.

Stoves and Packing

The rectangular white tablets are embossed with the Esbit name and fit the fuel tray of any Esbit folding pocket stove. You can also use one as a fire starter under a campfire or grill. The box measures approximately 2.8 x 2.7 x 0.6 in (7.2 x 6.8 x 1.5 cm), so it fits a stove kit, a cook pot or a pack lid pocket without taking up room.
