<span>The plastic handle is too hard for any heavy usage and will likely break on your first throw it might. It even make a good defensive weapon of push came to shove but it’s great if you just want to have a tomahawk for the sake of having a tomahawk otherwise pretty crap quality</span>

<span>I own and operate axe throwing lanes.<br>I got a set of these to use on my lanes for younger throwers and those who found the house axes to be a touch too heavy for them.<br>These are ideal for the situation, not only are they a great weight, but also if they over-rotate on the throw they stick in on the back side with the spike.<br>Gives great confidence to young or inexperienced throwers.<br><br>I did see a fair few negative reviews saying they broke on the first throw.<br>All I'm wondering is what they threw them at and how damn hard?!<br>Used correctly, with a proper target; i can't see that happening on the first throw.<br><br>I use these daily at my lanes for customers, they have taken a fair bit of abuse and are still going strong.<br>(Just bought a further 6, so i have a set for each of my lanes)</span>

<span>Used this on some overgrown trees near my house and it cuts very well indeed! Very handy, very lightweight but very strong too. Comes with a strong protective cover to store it.</span>

<span>Threw it once, only once. Instead of satisfyingly burying itself into the tree it shattered into 3 pathetic pieces.<br>Don’t buy it.<br>Honestly you’d have more of a laugh throwing £40 into a river and watch it sail away</span>

<span>Good piece of kit which is ideal for camping etc. The handle though is too shiny and to grip securely and not drop it you need to wear leather gloves. Maybe the handle needs a design tweak to make it more controllable!</span>

<span>The packaging could be better. I don't care for the sheath that was included but for the price I guess that's why. My unit was scary sharp right out of the package. And I'd like to stress that, it's shaving sharp! I haven't had the chance to use it yet but the finish and the balance seems to be spot on to me. The handle seems nice with it being dry, I'll have to test it in the rain to give it my blessing. But visually it is pleasing.<br>More review to come.</span>

<span>It bends on the first stick you cut.<br>If you try to chopp something large it will take forever as this has no balance, it's very light, the blade is tiny and the plastic handle gives you blisters.</span>
