The Champion Polyester Mesh 9" Shorts are lightweight athletic shorts for PT (physical training), gym sessions, runs and hot days when heavier fabric gets uncomfortable fast. Open-hole polyester mesh lets air move through the shell, and a built-in liner means they can be worn on their own. The relaxed, unisex cut and 9-inch inseam give room to move without the length of a basketball short.

Features

• Open-Hole Polyester Mesh — The 3.7 oz. per square yard mesh is perforated across the whole short so air can pass through and heat can escape.
• Tricot Liner — A 100% polyester tricot liner, a smooth fine-knit fabric at 2.1 oz. per square yard, sits inside the shell.
• 9-Inch Inseam — The inseam, measured from crotch seam to hem, ends around mid-thigh to just above the knee on most wearers.
• Elastic Waistband With Drawcord — A multi-needle stitched elastic waistband holds its shape, and an internal drawcord lets you cinch the fit.
• Double-Needle Hem — Two parallel rows of stitching at the leg openings help the hem resist fraying and rolling.
• Relaxed Unisex Fit — The loose athletic cut is designed to suit both men and women and leaves room for squats, sprints and stretching.
• Woven C Logo — Champion's woven "C" logo is stitched on the left hip.

Build And Fit

Both the shell and the liner are polyester, which dries faster than cotton and keeps its shape through repeated washing. Shown here in navy, the shorts pair easily with a plain PT shirt or a moisture-wicking tee. Choose your usual waist size, since the relaxed cut and adjustable drawcord already allow some room.
