City Camo Vintage Paratrooper Pants

The color of these is pretty much an exact match to military ACU's, these have better sizing as they come in several styles of waist sizes. My waist size has varied from 32 to 36 inches, in these, all sizes fit perfectly. Pants were soft, material had great hand-feel. The small pocket in the cargo pocket was nice for a pen and pistol cleaner, and the thigh pockets could easily hold two or three full handcuffs and fit in any plate carrier or ballistic hip rig. Very versatile pants and are great to be able to move and work around on land or in the water, and they have built in drainage for after they get wet. I am planning on getting a set of these in multi-cam to have an urban pair.

Nice pants overall but thicker material and heavier weight than what you'd expect in ACU digital. My pair were thicker than my issued pair. However, well made and a nice product.

The pants are really comfortable. The fit is good and it is really well made. I bought a few pair and I have been very pleased. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm not a big guy (5'10", 170 lbs) but these fit perfectly. The size chart listed helped with making the correct purchase. So far they are well made and are very comfortable.

Pros: Cons: Fits just right after a nice deep-clean Cons is that they are cotton, which isn't that big of a deal, but it is winter. If you like wearing cargo or battle-BDUs during the fall/winter time then they are just right for you. You might want to get some flannel or a sweatshirt underneath to stay extra warm though. You might also want to check if the price has gone down, like by $20 to $30, and re-order if you have, or don't, need a new pair, because if the fabric gets wet it will definitely keep you dry. The pockets are very practical, there are three cargo-like big ones on each leg and two small vertical pockets on each side that have a Velcro flap. On the waist, there is a button that locks the bottom of the fly of the pants to keep it from getting open and letting air in the bottom. The drawstrings on the bottoms of the pants can keep out cold air and prevent wind from blowing your pants up. There is a cellphone pocket in the left cargo pocket that works perfectly. I have had other types of these pants and they do just the same as this ones. My dad got some from here that lasted over a year before wearing out on the stitching, these look to be of similar build and quality to the previous pants I have gotten from them and have had in my family for a long time, but my father didn't buy the last ones so he can't attest. I recommend getting your measurements right, as I am a skinny 14 year old boy I got the youth small size and it fit like a pair of normal clothes to me, if you are built like my friend John or you are built and fat then I recommend getting the extra large size. In my eyes, 9.9 out of 10.

It's not terrible for the price. It is made in China, and those cheap factories have issues. I found a thread on the first pants that came. My wife and I are usually a 32 and 34, respectively. We ordered a large. The large has enough material for the wasted. Not baggy, which I like. It is plenty long, but I am not even sure it would be an extra large, which is what I would order. The second pair we ordered is more like it. My concern is they will start to snag. We'll have to see how they hold up. The buttons on the fly came unstitched on both pairs. We re-stitched them, which took less than 10 minutes. I'm going to have to go over the buttons on all my pants now. The adjustable bottom waist band could use more play, and some will need to have the buckle thing taken out. Not the best, but not horrible for what you pay. You get what you pay for, so the review is fair. My son and I also like to sew, so we might make some changes and just wear them for ourselves and maybe make an extra for a good friend or two. It is very good quality, especially for the price. The military should have ordered more of these, but the powers that be probably want you to buy overpriced surplus that will wear out quickly and make them more money. I know I sound negative, but I'm a pretty positive person. These would have been better if they had spent more money on materials, the manufacturing process and maybe some QC before shipping, which are a pain.

My husband loves these pants. He said the material is comfortable and light weight. He has them in multiple colors. The only thing he mentioned is that he wished they had more room in the cargo pockets. But he said he has used them multiple times to hang out of his back window while he works.

Well built, durable and well made. Lots of pockets, good size and useful. Comfortable, no more rip stop material so don't put this on a summer backpacking trip in the pacific NW if you are going to be wet! All my wool sweaters were stolen by her dogs but if it came back in stock i would order again

I was kind of nervous to get these because they looked cheap and after washing the color kind of was off. The first thing I saw when they arrived were the pockets. The pants are a blend of cotton polyester. And are extremely durable. As far as the shipping they came quick and as far as the color they do run a bit light but that is because of the amount of Polyester in them. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because of the button fly and button front pockets, however it doesn't matter how much you love them the pants will not fit for you. If you can deal with the fly and front pockets and your in between sizes you should just get your regular size and have them hemmed up. Overall they're very durable and look great

I got these in the large long size, because I have long legs and wear the pants around my calves. They are a little long, but not too long. They have a comfortable waistband and are not stiff. I'm sure I'll enjoy them this summer. The color is exactly as shown.

Great pants for hiking. Lots of storage pockets and they dry fast. I'm ordering another pair. They do have reinforced knees.
