How to Measure: Measure horizontally from end to end around the waistband for the waist. For the hip width, measure horizontally from the outside of one leg hole to the other. The inseam length can be found by measuring from the crotch down to the end of the BDU Shorts. To find the outseam length, measure from the top edge of the waistband to the bottom edge of the hem.

Buy the Large sizeNice pair of shorts! Able to buy a large and it will adjust to the perfect size. I normally wear a 36-38 in shorts, these are large enough to be loose and fit perfect! Pockets are the right size, with good opening.

They run big so order a size smaller than you needThe sizes run a little large but overall I love them. They have some loose strings that I have to deal with so be careful with that. I have them now for a few weeks and they have not faded much at all. They are just the way I wanted them. The thigh area are kind of wide so I'm a bigger guy and that makes them feel that way but they are comfortable. All and all I am happy with them

Rothco is a good choice for this type of BDU'sMy only complain about this shorts is that it is way to baggy in the leg, however I think the medium is my exact size and this was not so hard to alter and I now I got what I ordered!

ExcellentThese shorts are great! Excellent quality. Will definitely be buying more in the future. They run a little large but the elastic in the waist takes care of that and makes for a great fit. Very comfortable. I highly recommend these. I have bought a dozen pair in many different colors and patterns.
