B&T USA
Swiss-Engineered Since 1991
B&T — Brügger & Thomet — is one of the most respected names in modern tactical firearms, a Swiss manufacturer whose suppressors, submachine guns, and pistol-caliber carbines are trusted by military and law enforcement units around the world. At Keep Shooting we carry B&T’s most intriguing design: the Station Six, an integrally suppressed bolt-action pistol that revives the legendary WWII Welrod — offered in 9mm and .45 ACP. These are NFA items, transferred through our licensed Class 3 desk.
About B&T USA
B&T — Brügger & Thomet — is a Swiss firearms maker with a serious reputation among military and law-enforcement users worldwide. At Keep Shooting we carry the brand’s most distinctive offering: the Station Six, an integrally suppressed bolt-action pistol, in 9mm and .45 ACP. Both are NFA items — see the full firearms catalog for more.
Brügger & Thomet: Swiss Precision
Founded in 1991 in Thun, Switzerland, by Karl Brügger and Heinrich Thomet, B&T started in suppressors and accessories and grew into one of the premier names in tactical small arms. The catalog spans submachine guns and pistol-caliber carbines like the APC9 and GHM9, the innovative USW service pistol, precision-rifle accessories, and a deep line of suppressors — gear that has been adopted by special operations and law-enforcement units across the globe. B&T USA, the company’s American arm, brings that Swiss engineering to the U.S. market. The reputation is built on precision manufacturing and clever, mission-driven design, and the Station Six is a perfect example of both.
The Station Six: A Modern Welrod
During World War II, British SOE operatives carried the Welrod — a manually cycled, integrally suppressed bolt-action pistol so quiet it became the definitive clandestine weapon. B&T’s Station Six brings that concept into the modern era as a precisely manufactured, civilian-transferable firearm. The Station Six-9 is the 9mm version — an aluminum-built, integrally suppressed bolt-action with a 5.1″ barrel and a 9-round magazine. The Station Six-45 chambers the classically quiet .45 ACP, holds 7+1, and — in a smart touch — feeds from standard 1911 magazines. Because the suppressor is built into the firearm, each Station Six is a National Firearms Act item that requires a tax stamp and federal paperwork; we transfer them as a licensed Class 3 dealer, the same as the rest of our pistols.
Running the Station Six: Ammo & Magazines
An integrally suppressed pistol is at its quietest with subsonic ammunition, so feed the Station Six-9 a heavy 147-grain subsonic load — the Armscor 9mm subsonic is a perfect match — and shop more in our suppressor-ready handgun ammo (the .45 ACP is naturally subsonic with standard 230-grain loads from our handgun ammo selection). Since the Station Six-45 runs on 1911 magazines, you can stock spares from Mec-Gar or Auto-Ordnance. Every B&T order ships from Keep Shooting with all firearm and NFA transfers handled to the letter of federal and state law.
