Snugpak is one of the last great British outdoor manufacturers that still makes its gear at home. Founded over 45 years ago and based at Waterloo Mill in Silsden, West Yorkshire, the company designs and sews sleeping bags and insulated clothing in the same English mill town it started in — a rarity in an industry that long ago moved offshore.
