Spare Mag for the LCP
The DuraMag Ruger LCP Magazine is a replacement or spare magazine for the Ruger LCP, the compact .380 ACP pistol many people carry concealed. A carry gun that small usually ships with one magazine, so a second one means a reload on your belt or in a pocket and a backup if the original wears out. It holds six rounds and comes with two baseplates, so you can choose between a flat bottom that conceals easily and an extended finger rest that gives you more to hold.
Features
- Ruger LCP Fit — Built to the dimensions of the factory Ruger LCP magazine so it seats and locks into the pistol's grip.
- .380 ACP Chambering — Feeds .380 ACP, the short pistol cartridge the LCP is designed around.
- 6-Round Capacity — Holds six rounds, the same count as the standard LCP magazine.
- Numbered Witness Holes — Round holes along the body, marked 2 through 6, show how many rounds are loaded without emptying the magazine.
- Two Interchangeable Baseplates — A flat floorplate and an extended finger-rest baseplate are both included, so you can set the magazine up for concealment or for a fuller grip.
- Finger-Rest Extension — The extended baseplate gives your little finger a place to sit, which many shooters find steadier on a pistol this short.
- Textured Baseplate Sides — Stippled panels on both baseplates give your fingers some purchase when you strip the magazine from the gun or seat it.
- Black-Finished Metal Body — The body has a matte black finish that matches the LCP's dark appearance.
Build and Markings
The metal body carries the DuraMag CPD logo on one side, and the other side is marked RUG, .380 and Made in USA. Both baseplates slide onto the bottom of the body, and you can swap them by hand to suit how you carry. As with any new carry magazine, run a few full loads through your own LCP at the range before you rely on it.

lt's reliable and worthI've been using this DuraMag Ruger LCP Magazine for a couple months now. It holds 6 rounds of .380 ACP and works smoothly in my LCP II. The build quality feels solid, which is good for concealed carry.
Sturdy construction
Compatibility with LCP II -
Best bang for your buck on LCP magsI ordered two of these as backups for my LCP and they showed up crazy fast, had them in like 3 days which was awesome. They fit perfect, the flush baseplate keeps everything looking clean and tactical in my holster, and honestly the build quality is obviously way better than the ProMag alternatives people sometimes buy. The anti tilt follower keeps rounds feeding smooth and consistent, I havent had a single hiccup at the range or during dry practice in my apartment.

Better than the ProMag I triedBought this after a cheap ProMag gave me fits in my LCP. This Duramag fits and feeds way better and the spring tension is noticeably stronger than even the mag that came with the gun. I keep one loaded with carry ammo and use the flush plate for pocket carry so it dont print. Only small thing is the blued finish already has a couple light scuffs from dropping it on the bench but thats cosmetic. Overall super happy and would buy another.

Works great in my daily carryThese DuraMags work flawlessly in my original LCP. I carry it as a BUG and wanted a couple extra mags without paying Ruger prices. Shipping from Keep Shooting was fast too, had em in like 3 days. No FTF or FTE issues through about 200 rds of mixed ammo including some cheapo steel case stuff.
