This is a US Army hydration carrier made by Eagle Industries. It is a flat Cordura panel built to hold a water bladder against your back, so you can drink on the move without stopping to dig out a bottle. The front is covered in MOLLE webbing, so the carrier works as extra mounting space as well as water storage. Soldiers, reenactors, and anyone running a MOLLE vest or plate carrier will recognize the layout.

• Cordura Nylon Construction — Cordura is a dense, abrasion-resistant nylon fabric that the military uses widely for load-bearing gear.
• Full-Face PALS Webbing — Eight rows of PALS webbing, the grid of stitched nylon loops behind the MOLLE system, cover the front so you can attach pouches wherever you need them.
• Rear Mounting Straps — Two full-length vertical straps on the back close with snaps at top and bottom, so you can fasten the carrier to MOLLE webbing on a vest, carrier, or pack.
• Twin Top Buckles — Two webbing straps with side-release buckles run from the top edge for quick connection and removal.
• Center Snap Tab — A snap-fastened tab at the top center holds the panel closed or ties it into adjoining gear.
• Side Attachment Loops — Webbing loops and hardware along both side edges give you extra tie-in points for straps or retention.
