See-Through AR-15 Mag
The ETS 30-round AR-15 magazine has a translucent polymer body, so you can see how many rounds are left without dropping the mag or pulling a round. It is built for shooters who want a light, non-metal magazine for the range, training or a loaded spare in a carrier. The smoke-tinted body and black base give it a low-key look on the rifle.
Features
- 30-Round Capacity — The body is marked 30 RND and holds the standard full load for an AR-15 rifle or carbine.
- Translucent Polymer Body — The smoke-tinted body lets you see the cartridges and the follower, so you can check your remaining count at a glance.
- Visible Steel Spring — You can see the coiled feed spring through the walls, which helps when you are checking that a stored magazine is loaded and seated correctly.
- Molded Grip Ribs — Raised horizontal ribs around the lower body give your hand something to hold during a reload, even with gloves on.
- Black Base Pad — The contrasting black floorplate closes off the bottom of the magazine and makes the end easy to grab when pulling it from a pouch.
- AR-15 Pattern Fit — The magazine is shaped for the standard AR-15 magazine well, the pattern most M4-style rifles and carbines use.
- Made In The USA — The body carries a molded Proudly Made In The USA marking near the top.
- Molded ETS Branding — The ETS logo and capacity are cast into the body instead of printed on, so they will not rub off with use.
Build And Fit
ETS is a commercial American maker that focuses on clear polymer magazines. This model has a one-piece tinted body, a steel spring and a black base pad, with the reinforcing ribs molded into the shell. It fits rifles that take standard AR-15 magazines. As with any magazine, test it in your own rifle before you rely on it.

Worked fineHaven't had time to do a real ring out, but so far they work good, look great, haven't had a chance to try them all in all 3 rifles, but the ones that I checked fit and worked fine.
