Great cheap hardwearing shorts BUTI love the 1st pair I bought (button fly, XL=42 inch waist, not ripstop, great color) so I purchased a 2nd pair. Next pair (XL ,small teeth zipper, different color, rip stop nylon, very tight on my 42 inch waist). I wish I would have received the same pair I ordered not what they had in stock. The substitute is no bueno. Caveat Emptor .

Could use a little tweeking.The shorts arrived on schedule and I was very pleased with their construction. The only complaint I can generate is that the front slash pockets are too high up and make it difficult for my catchers mitt hands to go in. I have to wiggle the shorts down a bit to access the pocket, the lower edge of the pocket could be extended by an inch and these would get a perfect rating. Lots of room in all the necessary areas and wide belt loops. They wear below my ugly knees so longer socks help. Good buy!

Very pleasedThese shorts are terrific. They're better than I'd hoped for. I'm 6'3", 230-235 lbs. I've been losing a little weight and I'm at an awkward size (between the 40's and the 42's.) These shorts are snug at the waist, with room in the hips and thighs. I hope I'll need to be able to tighten them up a bit as I continue to shed a couple more of those tenacious pounds. I'm thinking about getting another few pairs! Overall, I am very pleased with these shorts.

Really impressed!I had high hopes that these would be a just little better than run of the mill budget BDU style pants. They are more than a little better they are a lot better. The construction and design easily rival some of the top brands for this type of clothing. Sizing is spot on for me as I usually wear 38~40 depending on the brand and have an actual 40" measurement. These are not tight on me and require belt. Highly recommended.

Very good buyThis is my second order for two pair of these well made, high quality comfortable shorts. These are great shorts for the beach or any warm weather outing. I have no problem fitting in the XL size with a 36-38" waist and still have room to "grow" that happens as we get older. ;)
Well made heavy ripstop material. Rear and cargo pockets button closure with flap. Adjustable left and right side waist. Seven 1-3/4" wide belt loops.
None unless you are skinny as a rail.
