Glock 81 Field Knife - Dark Earth

Does not include a full tang, and does not fit a USGI Sheath. Nice knife, will do for field work.

Glock never fails to deliver high quality products, especially in the Glock pistols, so it was only natural that they would eventually venture into the Knife/Machete industry. It is the same high quality you expect from Glock, the same reason you buy a Glock, durability. You can use this knife to defend yourself and as a survival knife, as well. I have seen it in action with very little dulling, if any.

It looks nice. However, the blade is NOT sharpened and has very poor edge.

I have a couple Glock pistols, rifles and handguns. The 81 is an exceptional value, great blade and point, it came out of the box razor sharp. It's easy to conceal, not so big that it looks like you are going for some gang- banger affect, the sheath has multiple mounting positions and straps. This thing feels like a chunk of metal and is just damned cool looking. I'm planning on purchasing a 78 next, they have one for evesdroppers too. If the whole package had not worked so well I would have bought it for the Glock and steel spring it has in the handle.

I own many different brands and types of knives. I have purchased very high quality knives and cheaper, "beater" knives. This knife is hands down, the best knife that I have ever owned. If your looking for a cheap, all purpose utility/ field knife that can do it all, this is it. I don't even feel the need to purchase any other knives, for this type of use. I have read some bad reviews about it, but most are uneducated.

The packaging it arrived in was kind of generic but no doubt that's to save money on postage/shipping. This item arrived extremely sharp out of the box. Glock products are always quality made and delivered on time. I purchased this knife in anticipation of camping and have it handy to take on hikes, etc. this is a great utility/funk buster and camp knife and the price won't break the bank. A MUST HAVE for outdoors types! Shipping time as you would expect was in line. Received the order quicker than the 10 days Amazon's stated for such. Will purchase more Glock product! No doubt it will be delivered promptly and exactly as described.

This thing is just awesome! Super durable, extremely sharp, with all of the utility functions one could want from a Glock knife! I use this as my EDC knife. This one, and a Condor Vahn G11, have completely taken the place of folders for everyday carry. Glock, if you ever make this in black leatherwrapped, it would be the best damn utility folder on the market, hands down!

This is a great knife and I love it. It came very sharp but I sharpened it more. The sheath is not as good as it could be. It does not hold the knife in tightly so you can't use it to cut things while wearing it on your belt. You will have to buy another sheath if you want one.

I have had this knife since 2013 and it has held up well in all conditions

I have been looking for a good utility/survival knife for some time now and this one fit the bill perfectly. The blade is very sharp and the handle is well made. It's not too heavy or too light. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a good all around knife.

I have had this knife since 2014 and it has been very reliable. The only thing I would change about it is the handle. It is too small to fit my hand well.

I have owned this knife for about 2 years now and it has been great! It is very durable and has held up to all of my outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fishing, and even some hunting. The only thing that I would change about this knife is the sheath. The leather on mine is already starting to tear at the seams after just two years. Other than that, this is a great knife!

I have owned several Glock knives over the years and this one does not disappoint. It's a solid knife that has been used in the field and it still looks great.

I love this knife! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because the sheath doesn't have any way to lock the blade in place. Other than that, great product and great price.

This knife is great. I've had it about 6 months now and it has been very useful. It's a little on the heavy side but that makes it more durable. The blade is very sharp and holds its edge well.

I bought this knife because it was made by Glock and I wanted to see how well they make a fixed blade knife. It came sharp but I sharpened it up a bit more. The sheath has some issues with not being tight enough on the belt so I used some leather strips and made a better one. Overall I'm very happy with this knife.

I have owned many knifes in my life and this one is one of the best. The sheath is very well made and the knife is very sharp.
