Good concept, but poor manufacturing.
Threads on the 1/4" x 28tpi stock bolt were mashed on the end, and not cleanly cut, making it impossible to start in the receiver fitting.
Cheap poor quality bolt had to be filed to attach stock.
Butt pad is very sticky material, causing it to grab and adhere
to your shirt when bringing the shotgun to your shoulder. This would foul up your shot.
This is a good company and should use a better quality bolt. Spend another 50 cents.

SO pleased with this stock for my older Remington 870 Wingmaster, that I changed out my Turkey Gun Remington Shur Shot stock and forend for another Hogue! Only thing make it better is if it came in Mossy Oak obsession camo!!
