Very high quality, very durable, good insulation, very warm. Sleeves run a little long but not an issue. Great for moderate to colder temps, the poly/cotton ripstop material keeps the wind off, dries fast and dries warm. Will last for years, looks good too. Highly recommend.

I bought this because I thought it looked really nice and my friend from Croatia recommended it to me. I bought the size XL. It is not meant for super tall people, or guys with very long arms. It was tight around the torso and wrists. My girlfriend who I have had the same size shirt always fit was having trouble zipping it up. She's also 5'9". But, I can imagine if I got a XXXL or a 2XL this wouldn't have been an issue. I like the look of the jacket and for what it is worth the quality seems really good.

Nice quality and thick material that will keep you warm. Lots of space for patches. Zipper on the inside which was different but will get use to it. The hood can be unzipped to use as a separate liner if you want. Good for winter, cool fall mornings or as a raincoat. My grandson likes it a lot. I will get another one.

You won't find a better, cooler fitting, higher quality jacket at any price, except for "The Range" in Midland, Texas, where a single worn, beaten old copy of this exact style of military field jacket, which is one of the most rugged & sturdy outer garments ever made, costs about $300, if they even still have it in stock. I have purchased literally dozens of different field jackets from this dealer, and in general they're very well made & tough. This jacket is the exact, almost duplicate copy of one I was issued by The Marines in 1970, with a liner. If you ever needed a new coat or just something you'd wear on those windy, cool spring days or fall, buy this jacket. It will be as much as you ever pay for any coat you'll ever buy, if it is still available when you decide to buy one. For my 6'1", 210 lbs. size frame, it fit exactly like the only ones ever issued to me that were actually made to fit & the size is correct as well.

The field jacket is my standard jacket when in the field, warm, fits great, the detachable hood is an added bonus. It's also comfortable when not in the field but too warm to wear for summer camping, and too cool for real warm weather hiking. A wonderful all around coat. You will be glad you bought one!

Excellent. As good as when I got it in 1970 from Uncle Sam's Army Navy Store. It is too large for me. This is not their fault. There are at least three generations of body types that can fit into a garment made to be universal in fitting. There is the old M*A*S*H movie example where the gals all try to squeeze into a couple pairs of BVD's. No sweat on me.

jacket seems very good quality . i wear 3x tops in most jackets and was unsure about ordering a 4x, which arrived today, but its too small, although the sleeves are good length . im going to get a 5x as it is very well made and warm. as i am not using it for combat, the jacket is fine as is . a nice product, very satisfied

I got my used and reconditioned parka for $40 which is the cheapest online price. For me its worth it because I like jackets with tons of pockets. It fits me perfectly, so much so I am considering purchasing another because they are very durable as well as well insulated.

Good as advertised. My husband really likes it. The only complaint is the liner was tough to get out of the pocket but not difficult to sew back in.
