- Bottle Opener and Flat Screwdriver — Combination tool pries caps and drives slotted fasteners for everyday utility.
- Checkered Plastic Grip Panels — Ribbed polymer scales give a positive hold with wet, oily, or gloved hands.
- Lanyard Attachment Point — Bail at the butt end accepts a cord or lanyard to keep the knife secured on deck or in the field.
- Compact Folding Profile — Closes down to roughly 3.75 inches for pocket, pack, or tackle box carry.
- Made in Italy — Produced in Italy as standard naval issue, with the build quality you expect from European military cutlery.

Italian Navy Jack KnifeI bought this knife for my son for Christmas. We collect knives. We were both very happy with it. Wayne

Great knifeThis knife is sturdy, and it has a nice weight to it. The slip joints work very well, and although I've heard about extreme difficulty in getting the blade, marlin spike, and can opener out, I didn't have any problems. The blade came blunt as a spoon with rust spots, but with a cleaning, oiling, and a sharpening, I now have a pocket knife I'm happy to use, and just this morning I used the marlin spike to loosen a tight knot with ease. If I wanted to nitpick, I could mention that there were no manufacturer's markings on the blade or anywhere else, so it's possible I got a reproduction, but at least in this case, I got a great quality one.
Inexpensive and solid tool.
The can opener is of an archaic design, and I doubt I'd use it except in the most dire circumstances.
