The Jericho Pistol was designed in Israel and production started in 1990 and continues today. When IWI was working to develop the Jericho they approached E-Lander to produce the magazines for this combat pistol. What resulted was the very best magazines that could be produced were produced. Now IWI ships thousands of Jericho pistols each month with E-Lander magazines.
Jericho Pistol Magazine 16-Round
There have been dozens of countries that have produced their own firearms for military, police, and law abiding citizens. None of them can compare to the work done by the commercial arm of the Israeli military. Known as Israeli Weapons Industries, or IWI, this state owned enterprise has been responsible for creating and marketing civilian versions of the weapons used daily by the IDF.
Some of the weapons that are exported by IWI need to have changes made to them to comply with US import laws. One example of this would be any variation of the Galil needs to be made from a semi-automatic only receiver. Other weapons like IWI's stellar Jericho pistol require no changes and the version that is bought and sold daily in the United States is the same that soldiers in the Israeli Defense Force carry.
These magazines are produced in Israel for IWI by E-Lander who has a close relationship with IWI. Since the first days of the Jericho, E-Lander has been designing and manufacturing the magazines that are used with this combat pistol. You can also use these magazines with the Tanfoglio and CZ-95 which are designed to use the same magazines as the Jericho.
