This Mec-Gar magazine holds 13 rounds of .40 S&W for the Beretta 96 family, two more than the factory magazine, and it still sits flush in the grip. Spares matter for range sessions, training courses and anyone who keeps a pistol loaded at home. Mec-Gar builds it with a heat-treated steel tube, a music wire spring and its anti-friction coating, so it should feed and drop as reliably as the magazine your pistol came with.

Fit and Construction

The magazine is made for the Beretta 96 series in .40 S&W, including the 96FS, 96A1 and 90-Two. It will not fit 9mm Beretta 92 pistols, so check your model and caliber before ordering. The tube is heat-treated carbon steel with an anti-friction coating, paired with a music wire spring and a polymer follower and floorplate. Mec-Gar USA Inc. manufactures it.
