The Norwegian Army Home Guard is one of the newest divisions in the Norwegian Army. With the small size of the full Norwegian Army, surplus goods are incredibly rare. When you factor in divisional size and age, Norwegian surplus from the Home Guard is the most rare example of true Norwegian army surplus. We are proud to have a small quantity of these authentic Norwegian Army Home Guard belts, which stand out as a prime example of true Norwegian Army surplus.
Each of these Norwegian Army Home Guard Belts is made to be worn by soldiers who are attached to the Home Guard. The belt is made from tough olive drab colored cotton material and the buckle is a gold colored buckle that is embossed with the insignia of the Home Guard. These belts are ideal to be worn in any setting as they do not have an overtly military appearance with the insignia and style of the belt easily blending with civilian clothes. Some may look at the insignia and assume it is the logo for a European fashion house.

Excellent collectibleAs only the second generation U.S. born in my family line, and being of Norse/Scot genetic history, I'm always looking for collectible items to share with my sons. These caught my eye, and after a little research, I jumped on the offer and bought two - one for each of the boys.
Gives those, particularly with some Norse heritage, a little bit of history to add to their collection. Be they Swede, Finn, Dane or Norwegian, it's a connection to the past.
