Exactly as advertised! Great purchase. I'd buy it again. My kids wanted me to buy hats that were the perfect match for my daughters (white/grey with light green palm tree print) summer outfit for a Hawaiian vacation. These are exactly what I needed to do that! They look awesome. I'm going to try to remember to take a photo when we get back from our trip. This is what the product looked like when it arrived. I bought 3 sizes too big for the guys in my family. The kids are going to love wearing them!

I love it. This will be great for our trip to Alaska this summer. My son wanted one so we bought it for him. Now I want one. He will be more comfortable wearing his baseball cap while he fishes, rather than his bucket hat. Great choice for a mother and son! We will use the mosquito spray though. I do not think this is 100% mosquito proof. I'll find out soon. If you are going to go hiking and camping, get this. Its comfortable, it fits, and is made of a durable material. The net is lightweight and made of the same durable material as the boonie hat. I have bought the product, but have not used it.

I bought this hat because I like a high crown for keeping sweat out of my eyes. It fits great and I will probably order more. Saves on sweatband too. The strap can come loose if worn outdoors for an extended period, and will allow it to fall off your head. I use it in dusty situations, so this does not bother me.

I don't know what you are waiting for go and click that "order it" NOW!!! Oh by the way, This IS gonna be getting wet, but that seems to be a way of life when you go hiking through the forested lands. You got your base coat on, then if it's a 4 day, week long trip, get a roll of tin foil. Go back to that same tube with those cigarettes, light it up, it will catch. That foil goes on your "bonnet" keeping the dirt off of it! It is so thin it's virtually unnoticeable! I did 4 years and 4 weeks in Iraq with no skin cancers!

Looks like the real thing...only thing is the mesh size. Thought it was gonna be much bigger...wouldn't matter much, but being this is to keep the sun off, a bigger area is better, imo. However, very happy with purchase, fit and feel of hat. Well made...should last. Just have to keep stretching the headband, till it feels right. Good product, all around. Good deal. Shipping a little slow. I did it via Amazon, and it came a day or two after it said it would. That is not too bad. No sense in worrying about it, I suppose. A decent price and a good product is all I needed.

My husband likes this boonie to keep the flies off of his bald head in Florida. It seems a little smaller than the one he already has, which he says is 7 1/4 so it is ok. I have ordered one in coyote brown for me and he is going to like it also. I was surprised that it came the same day I ordered it and that it came from FL not NJ where Rothco's website is.

A lightweight all cotton cover. This hat fits well and looks good. A durable piece of kit, I have already gotten good use out of it in a wilderness camp and it has kept the mosquitoes off me, while still allowing me to breath easily. The hat is slightly bigger than expected, this may just be because it fits my large head. No biggie, I like it as is. The main fabric seems to be fairly thin, and the stitching and finishing is quite well done. I am quite pleased with this product.

I was worried that it wouldn't be that great, especially for the price. But it turned out to be better than expected. Quality is excellent. And the netting actually fits tightly, without a ton of gaps. I got it to cover my head while fishing, as well as a trucker cap alternative.

great hat just like I had in Nam. well made. If I had any complaints I would like it if it came with some cord so you could secure the tie down on your head so that wind does'nt rip it off. (it has ties at the back, which I never wore in Vietnam so don't know what I am missing. Thanks
