Vintage Vietnam War Fatigue Shirt

Fits true to size (i ordered a small) and color matches what it says (yelow tiger stripe BDU, which was always my favorite) It's just raggy as all hell and perfect!

Just what we wanted! A nice vintage military feel. It's light weight and feels strong. A couple washing will soften the look and feel.

Shirt came fast. Better than i expected and very comfortable. I wear it a lot and get lots of compliments. The green is a little darker than pictured. I'm 6'3 240lbs and ordered the 2xl it fits perfectly.

It is the real deal, just like the ones we wore in 'Nam.., Except the pocket is bigger. My Bamboo watch fit nicely in the bigger breast pocket

My son wanted a new Jumpsuit like in Starp Wars but they were too expenceisive and to limited he found this and is thrilled. The zipper got damaged on the box but no biggy it is a good camo

These were the shirts I wore in 'Nam. Nothing quite like this. But beware: NOT a tee shirt. Thick material like the original fatigues from '68. Wear these on 80 degree Florida days and you won't get to complain about the heat. Nice heavy duty material. They do run large so buy a size smaller. But for the big guy like me (240 pounds) they are not at all large. It fits like my USMC one that is almost 50 years old. No con's with the company that sold me this shirt. Shipped quickly and as described. No doubt I will buy from again. These really do feel like the shirt that has no copycat, as my friend called his knockoff one, but we were poor soldiers, used whatever was on hand, these were not a rare item then, not like a uniform that is made today and hard to find. But we were a little picky back then too, you want real deal only or fake and poorer results.

The old worn V N shirt,I had 37 years ago was getting old and had some stains that were un-treatable. THANK YOU! You met the emergency and saved a part of my old career.The colors were good. The fabric weight was correct and I am proud to display it. Thank you all again, AWESOME

Well worth the money. Sizing was as expected. Heavy duty like the ones I had when in Nam. Heading out in to the field shortly and hope it lasts. If so I'll be getting more.

My brother who just served with 1st Recon. BN. Seal - had two Vietnam Era Tiger Stripe Vintage Fatigue Shirts - just gave them away to my son. These OD green Rip-Stop Tiger Stripe Fatigues (Shirts) will be used in memorial functions. (My Brother (RIP), would like me to make known, this is a copy of the OD green fatigues - issued in South Vietnam in late 1960's). He has the OD green O.D. & the MarPAT (in Black) that is a more contemporary uniform - issued from 1980's to present (USMC, MARSOC). These 100% cotton tiger striped fatigues are exactly as pictured. The Rip-Stop makes them lighter and much cooler for Vietnam, Korea, Desert/Sand warfare and for that fact a perfect piece of US Military gear for any soldier to wear. My Brother, a 1969 Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran wore his in combat from his boat patrol on Vietcong Canal system or from 1stRecon helicopter inserted missions or from Ridge Camp. They never came so dirty that they couldn't be worn again. My Brother had one made from those "Little Lady's Jackets". Those pink & blue ladies trench coat. This Military Gear from ROTHCO is of the same make as what was worn in Vietnam by those elite American Soldiers of MACV - Rangers, Green Berets, Army Special Forces (Green Berets), Army Special Forces (SF-A) Airborne Recon, Marine Recon. Marines Corps Raiders. He gave them away to his Son, who was a Marine, because he was still a 82nd Airborne 11B/39B Rifleman. (These Marines didn't care what uniform you wore just so you went through BUDs

Very good quality and well made shirt! I bought this for use with a VN type bush hood. It's large but it has side tabs to shorten it up if needed! It was too large to use the first time I tried it on, I will shorten it and re-wear it. But even without shortening it's a very comfortable, soft, and great quality shirt.

This Jacket was so nice! very lightweight and so easy to wear! the vietnam era jackets were just a lot cooler! not that this jacket wasn't!

This top does have extra buttons but not necessary to open all the way it is meant to be a loose shirt that will open when needed just a normal chicken came out and fit fine after the waist strings are tied tight as for durability we'll see the extra fabric should keep it from snagging and that is what they wore overseas. Great product and a value I love all the patterns to go with my camo cap perfect. Thank you very much again I recommend to anyone.

This a nice light weight summer type jacket, light and loose fitting with the Vietnam era olive green colour and the fatigues shirt design are spot on and does take me back in time as this was what we wore in our time serving in Nam, as with anything made in China, take a good look before you buy and remember, all you can do is to leave a comment on any bad purchase once it has been received and it is way too late to return. As a tribute to all that have served our country this tribute should be a required viewing at all levels of learning . It covers many aspects of what a real service members will do .The language maybe a bit too harsh in certain aspects and areas it may bother people who think it is too rough , yet for those of us who remember . Wearing this will make it real for a while at least and remind us of all those who paid the cost

The "Combat Fatigues" are good copies of the original. I will be ordering more from this company! I like my clothes large and it fits as expected, although its not very big! In my opnion that's a bonus. Wash before wearing as all the chemical used dry on it. Reason I bought was for memories. Will wear for Memorial day. Have 4 in fat and am about to order 3 pair Khaki, C-Forest Green and Woodland Digital!

Seller’s notes and specs are correct. Material and construction a little more “tactical”, but very rugged, with all my concerns addressed, from “Fit and Shape” to hems, ties and ties offs, to “Rear pocket set and function.”

THIS IS A NICE SHIRT BAG THAT I CAN SEE AS BEING WORN BY AN ARMY VET IN VIETNAM. THIS IS A VERY WELL MADE SHIRT BAG, NOT THE THIN OR WEAK MATERIAL THAT YOU WILL FIND IN AMAZON OR OTHER RETAIL STORES. IT HAS A REAL MILITARY LOOK AND IS A GREAT ADDITION TO MY VIETNAM RECON DRAGOBI COLLECTION.

Good replica of the 60's o/d shirt

Very cool...Very similar...But is thinner. Good detail. Does run small, especially in the chest area. Good choice for re-creation! or even a movie or prop. Wish more colors were available...Maybe in green? Would be cool in Tiger stripe?

Great quality for the price, fit as expected

Although not an exact reproduction of the original the Vietnam jungle fatigue shirt works great for the out of doors wear and even for formal wear. I am not a professional when it comes to ties but for informal wear, such as out to dinner, camping or even as a throw over for when I sit out on the deck I find it useful. Also good to keep around in case a large animal such as deer or a wild boar get to close for comfort or personal space as I live in deer and turkey country and occasionally see either up close and personal or while in the woods hunting. If not planning on doing much rough outdoor wear this is still a useful alternative to the more heavy wear of clothing that keeps you covered from neck to toe. This product, while useful is a tad thin, has a little bit of stretch in it and although not the same feel as the original the overall feel is acceptable and the quality is decent enough for a shirt of this type and use. Overall, not bad for the money.
