    My Romanian m73 was brand new, never issued. The exterior paint has some scratches and dings from storage, but can tell by the liner that it's never been used, the strap had never even been through the rings. Can't say they'll all be this way, but worth a roll of the dice. Will stop most auto pistol rounds.
