Factory SR9 Magazine

This is Ruger's own 17-round magazine for the SR9 family, chambered in 9mm (9x19mm, the standard 9mm Luger pistol cartridge). It is an OEM part, meaning it comes from the same factory supply as the magazines shipped with the pistol, so fit and feeding match what the gun was designed around. SR9, SR9C and Ruger 9E owners use it as a spare for the range, a carry reload or a replacement for a worn original.

Build and Compatibility

The magazine fits the Ruger SR9, the compact SR9C and the Ruger 9E. In the SR9C, a full-length 17-round magazine extends below the shorter grip. Because it is the factory part, there is no aftermarket guesswork about catch notch position or follower fit: it drops in and locks up like the original.
