This is the factory 10-round magazine for the Smith and Wesson SD40 and SD40VE pistols in .40 S&W. It is OEM (original equipment manufacturer), the same part Smith and Wesson ships in the box with the pistol. SD40 owners buy it as a spare for the range bag, a second reload for carry, or a replacement for a worn or lost original.

Fit And Compatibility

This magazine fits the Smith and Wesson SD40 and SD40VE pistols. It does not fit the SD9 or SD9VE, which are chambered in 9mm and take their own magazine. Check that your pistol is marked .40 S&W before ordering.
