Streamlight Polytac X USB Rechargeable LED Flashlight - Coyote

Compact Rechargeable Light

The Streamlight Polytac X is a 5.7 inch handheld LED flashlight that runs on a USB-rechargeable lithium-ion battery, so you are not buying disposable cells. It is slim enough to clip to a plate carrier or pocket and to hold in a support hand alongside a handgun. It also works as a general work light for inspections, maintenance and night duty. This version comes in coyote, a tan-brown that matches most current tactical gear.

Features

• SL-B26 Rechargeable Battery — Streamlight's 2600mAh, 3.7V, 9.62Wh lithium-ion cell charges over USB through a port on the battery itself.
• LED With Smooth Reflector — A single LED sits behind a polished reflector that gathers the light into a focused forward beam.
• Tail Push-Button Switch — A rubber button on the tail cap puts the switch under your thumb, the usual grip for tactical and duty lights.
• Guarded Tail Cap — Raised ears around the switch help keep the button from being pressed by accident in a pocket or pouch.
• Textured Grip Panels — Rows of stippled panels down the body give a secure hold with bare hands or gloves.
• Polymer Body In Coyote — The coyote-colored polymer body is paired with a black head and notched front bezel.
• Metal Pocket Clip — A full-length clip lets you carry the light in a pocket or on webbing and gear straps.
• 5.7 Inch Overall Length — At 5.7 in (14 cm) long it fits in the palm and rides easily on a belt, vest or pocket.

Build And Power

The Polytac X uses a polymer body with a black head assembly and a tail-mounted switch, a layout built for one-handed use. Power comes from the SL-B26, a Streamlight lithium-ion cell rated at 2600mAh that you recharge by USB instead of replacing. The stippled grip and full-length clip make it practical to carry on duty gear, in a work vest or in a jacket pocket.
