Streamlight ProTac HL-X USB Tactical Flashlight with Rechargeable 18650 Battery

Rechargeable Tactical Light

The Streamlight ProTac HL-X USB is a handheld tactical flashlight that puts out 1,000 lumens on high and throws a beam about 1,083 ft (330m). It ships with Streamlight's SL-B26 rechargeable 18650 battery, which charges directly over USB, so you don't need a separate charger or a supply of disposable cells. It suits patrol and security work, vehicle and building searches, shop inspection, and everyday carry by anyone who wants serious output in a pocketable light.

Features

• 1,000-Lumen High Mode — High delivers 1,000 lumens with a peak beam intensity of 27,100 candela, a measure of how concentrated and far-reaching the center spot is.
• Four Output Modes — High, medium (400 lumens), low (65 lumens) and strobe cover everything from long-range searching to close work and disorienting a threat.
• 330m Beam Distance — The beam reaches about 1,083 ft (330m) on high, 656 ft (200m) on medium and 262 ft (80m) on low.
• USB-Rechargeable 18650 Battery — The included SL-B26 is a 2600mAh, 3.7V, 9.62Wh lithium-ion cell in the 18650 size, a cylindrical cell 18mm wide and 65mm long, with a built-in USB charging port.
• CR123A Backup Power — The light also runs on CR123A lithium batteries, so a dead rechargeable never leaves you without light.
• Long Runtimes — The SL-B26 gives 1.5 hours on high, 3.5 hours on medium, 23 hours on low and 3.25 hours on strobe.
• Knurled Body — Diamond-pattern knurling, a textured cross-hatch cut into the body and tail, keeps a firm grip with wet or gloved hands.
• Pocket Clip And Lanyard Hole — A steel clip rides along the body for pocket or belt carry, and the tail cap has a hole for a lanyard.
• Scalloped Bezel — The notched front ring lets you see when the light is on, even when it is set face-down.

Power And Battery Options

The HL-X takes two power sources. With CR123A batteries, runtimes are 1.25 hours on high, 3 hours on medium, 20 hours on low and 2.5 hours on strobe. The supplied SL-B26 pack runs a little longer in every mode and recharges from any USB power source through its own port. The head carries a heat warning mark because it gets hot during extended use on high.
