None of the ones I received were sealed, but the elastic was in like new condition. These are probably not the ideal type of bandage to apply directly to an open wound anyway, but instead over top of gauze or a sterilized bandage. For the money, they are a good value.

I ordered a few of these and they were not sealed. They had plastic wrapping but it is thin and all had come open. decent stuff otherwise.
