They are cut for days on your feet: range sessions, outdoor work, hunting camp, airsoft or plain everyday wear. This pair is solid khaki, a neutral tan that suits field use and doesn't look like a costume around town. Rothco is a commercial maker, so these are new reproduction pants built to the BDU design, not government-issue surplus.

• 55/45 Cotton-Poly Blend — The fabric is 55% cotton for comfort and breathability and 45% polyester for added strength and abrasion resistance.
• Six-Pocket Layout — Two front slash pockets, two rear flap pockets and two thigh cargo pockets give you room for a phone, wallet, gloves and small tools.
• Bellowed Cargo Pockets — The thigh pockets have folded side panels that expand when loaded, with a flap on top to keep the contents in.
• Reinforced Seat And Knees — A second layer of fabric is sewn over the seat and knees, the areas that wear through first when you kneel, crawl or sit on rough ground.
• Adjustable Waist Tabs — Side tabs let you take in the waist for a closer fit, with belt loops also provided.
• Drawstring Ankle Ties — Cords at the cuffs cinch the leg around your boots to keep out dirt, brush and insects.
• Button Fly Closure — A covered button fly is the traditional BDU closure and has no zipper to snag or fail.
• Straight Leg Cut — The leg opening is wide enough to sit over the top of boots instead of bunching above them.
