I like these a lot, bought the coyote color and then later got the stone color as well. They’re well constructed, comfortable, easy to care for and plenty of room. Good to go. 4 stars for lack of concealed carry option but other pants in the TS line offer this option. Also no pen/note pads but these can be attached via Molle webbing which I’ve not used yet.

I've only had the 24-7 for a few weeks but the fabric is good quality and comfortable. My biggest complaint is that there are no liners to speak of, only one on the waist and no crotch liner which will definitely make them warm in cold weather. They have two extra elastic cinches on the sides but they are not deep enough to make me confident that the waist won't slip around if the hips/legs expand during exertion. It will definitely take some getting used to if I intend to do a lot of hiking or bushwhacking. I'm not a huge fan of 100% nylon and this 100% polyester has a distinct plastic like feel to it. If there was an XL option in black I would probably order it.

Love these, fit well, and hold up great. I just got these for duty use and I can't wait to try them out. The media could not be loaded. Will be using them for everyday use for about a year, maybe a little longer if they last that long, if they do I'll update the review.

Love the 24-7s, and these in Tiger are great for hiking and backpacking trips, but not too fancy for airports and meeting clients. My only gripe is the darn cargo pockets...when I stuff my passport and travel docs in one cargo pocket, it is a total wrinkle-taco in no time. So if I'm going on a longer trip, I usually stick to other pockets that won't take the easy path to wrinkle-land. Tru Spec fixed this, in the Ascent pants, with slimmer cargo pockets and a slightly different fabric to keep things from wrinkling, which is a good idea, so I hope they keep it up! Great light hiking pants, I've even taken them up Mt Whitney. (The fabric feels more sturdy than the Phosphor or Poly Crypto stuff, which makes sense, since these pants are supposed to be outdoor ready, not outdoor light duty. But still feels nice to move around in, especially with the light-weight Tiger. 24-7's are the lighter, better-feeling, travel friendly 21st century GI's for day hikes and long car/air travel. But you will be looking through several inches of zippered pocket for your cash, coins, etc. as the nylon zipper sounds like a dying chicken. The pockets aren't that large, but they do make getting out your cell phone or whatever pretty simple, just not the zipper. That is more of a 'small annoyance'. I think these will replace my older cargo shorts for every day and for most trips. So good I just ordered the desert tan ones for camping, because my black is getting kinda worn and the 24-7's are a different, and more enjoyable feel, compared to the 24-7 pants. Update - the Tan ones have arrived and they are great, just what I wanted for camping, more room in the crotch area and larger front pockets to keep from running out of things to fill them with. LOL! Can't say enough about how great these are.

It’s great to have pockets in the pants and in all the right places. This is my second pair of these and I’m not disappointed with the material or quality.

These pants look and feel amazing. I love the ripstop feel and how they look, but mostly the functionality of the adjustable waistband. They stay put. They feel great to wear and they feel great when I’m moving. They’re durable, breathable and comfortable and they’re perfect for a long shift. I work a twelve-hour overnight in the barn. These last the shift and feel great the next day. My regular work uniform consists of a tactical pants, two tactical t-shirts, work boots, two pair underwear, two pairs of socks, belt, three to five cell phone pouches, leather or composite holster, one knife, gloves, protective eyewear, long-sleeve or short-sleeve thermal top. And I still have more than enough room to put all that gear in my pocket, and to sit and stand with no uncomfortable pressure. I bought the first pair for free with my first online subpoena for two pair, two pairs I’m sure I’ll order again soon.

I ordered the Ascent 24-7. These pants have lots of pockets and are very comfortable. I've had a chance to wear them a few times, but I haven't had a chance to try them for concealed carry, and whether the drop for running. I can't comment on the rip stop as the pants have not gotten worn yet. I will definitely buy these again.

Nice and comfortable. They don't get hot and bother you like polyester or micro fiber does. Feel great and can handle some hard wear. No zipper on the crotch. Good job Tru-Spec

Good pair of tactical/light hiking/ work pants. Wore for light hiking on Tongariro crossing (summer/spring) and climbing Mt Maunganui in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga (on steep climb). Breathable and stretchable material. Pockets are shallow but useful.

These fit great, and seem to be holding up pretty well so far. Only complaint I have is they don't have a waist adjustment, which would be great. They're comfortable, and look nice. I have a short inseam, and a big behind, so these have a little tendency to drag, which makes me want a tighter waist, so I can pull them up a little higher on my hips.

These pants are very comfortable and they look great! I have several different colors and have bought several for gifts! Best pants I have ever owned!

Love these! Perfect summer pants for light or moderate work in hot environments. Fit is accurate and true to the advertised size and these pants have been through several launderings without signs of wear. I highly recommend these.

These 24-7 pants have an expandable waist and adjustable pulls. I love them, they fit well, feel good on the skin, they dry out quickly, and don't wrinkle. They also have a built in flashlight and a chest pocket with Velcro. If you wear 34 or 36 these will be tight around the waste, and will have an expanable waist band.
