Exactly what you imagine, useful and lightA card-sized metal sheet with a variety of tools that could prove extremely useful in the right circumstances. The handcuff key stands out to me. It is basically cut in half, but works. The tools are a little hard to get out (vital in the moment) but mostly stay in place when replaced and slipped in the wallet (good for convenience.) Like many cheap lockpicking sets, they are easy to bend, so you should practice carefully or with another cheap set, relying on skill rather than brute force.
